A rustic and classic Friulian meal

Must have… frico, fried potatoes and Montasio cheese (the secret of great frico is a blend of fresh and aged Montasio).

Must have… salumi, artisanal charcuterie.

Must have… brovada, pickled turnips made with grape pomace.
